The Five-Minute Journal is a daily journal based on positive psychology research that helps you start & end your day happier. You know, we usually get caught up in only ever thinking about what’s happened in the past or what’s going to happen in the future rather than focusing on what’s good now and how much we are actually grateful for.
The importance of showing gratitude and taking a minute to be here and present to enjoy what you do have has massive effects on our emotions and our physical body.
